Wholesale Terms and Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER: £90.00 

UK P&P £10 per order

CARRIAGE PAID: Orders over £150 in the UK mainland only.

International shipping will be notified at the point of order.

MINIMUM PRODUCT ORDER:

2 per designs for prints, unframed and framed.

6 per design for teatowels.

6 per design for all cards, postcards, postcard prints and packs of boxed cards. 

25 sheets per design for wrapping paper.

To place an order for trade customers only, you can place your order via the website, email your order to hello@maryshousedesigns.com stating clearly the item and quantity, along with your billing information, or telephone your order to Angela. We will confirm all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please be clear which items you wish to order.

Payment

All opening orders will be invoiced on a proforma basis minimum order value £90 (excluding delivery) shipping £10 on all UK orders under £150

Carriage paid on all UK orders over £150.

International shipping will be notified at the point of order.

Lead times are approximately 7-14 days, depending on the time of year.

Where a retailer has ordered before then payment terms are 30 days and an invoice will be emailed to you so payment can be made.

Display and Packaging

All of Mary’s House Designs products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Please let us know if you have any questions about the packaging.

Returns

Incorrectly shipped merchandise and returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt (hello@maryshousedesigns.com). All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging. Freight will be charged. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Payments

Payment details will be listed on the invoice if the order is emailed or telephoned through.
